OK, so any of you Mom's who had to go to bed early or simply do not read other blogs here is the part one Head of Household (HoH) competition winner -- ZACH! Ugh! I would have rather had Dick or Daniele win as I would love to see the Donato's win both First and Second prize and thus having the jury house have to choose between the two of them to be the actual winner of the game. Unlike some people on the CBS.com BB8 message board I really think that the Donato's have played the game rather strategically. I also like the fact that they have renewed their father/daughter relationship and wish them well after the show.
Thus I am rooting for Dick and Danielle to go all the way!
Hoping We are Finished
We have all had the stomach flu this last weekend which meant I spentmy whole Sunday in bed with a major headache when I was not in the bathroom paying homage to the porcelain goddess or the nearby trashcan. I am just so glad that they are almost always twenty-four hours and that the symptoms can be eliminated by not eating. There is also the fact that it usually only happens once a year.
My two older kids had it on Friday and the youngest and I had it Saturday and yesterday. My husband has been lucky thus far and I pray that he does not get it because the fewer the people that get it the better.
Anyway, that was my fun weekend! The good news was I did get to have a good night with my friends across the street before getting sick.
