Hillary wins Nevada for Democrats
I also believe that she is the best person to win against any Republican nomination. But all of this I have said before so I will not bore you much longer just remember to vote for Hillary not Obama -- she has the most experience on a national level. Yes, she has her faults but so does Obama and all the others.
TMJ - Conitnued

Temporomandibular joint and muscle disorders, commonly called "TMJ," are a group of conditions that cause pain and dysfunction in the jaw joint and muscles that control jaw movement. Some estimates suggest that TMJ disorders affect over 10 million Americans; the conditions appear to be more common in women than
men.
Causes and Symptoms
Trauma to the jaw or temporomandibular joint plays a role in some TMJ disorders but in most cases, the exact cause of the condition is not clear. A variety of symptoms may be linked to TMJ disorders. Pain in the chewing muscles and/or jaw joint is the most common symptom; others include jaw muscle stiffness; limited movement or locking of the jaw; painful clicking, popping or grating in the jaw joint when opening or closing the mouth; and a change in the way the upper and lower teeth fit together.
Treatment
For most people, discomfort from TMJ disorders will eventually go away with little or no treatment. Some, however, develop significant, long-term problems. Simple steps that may help ease symptoms temporarily include eating soft foods, applying ice packs, and avoiding extreme jaw movements like wide yawning and gum chewing. Short term use of over-the-counter or prescription pain medicines and learning techniques to reduce stress may also provide relief. Even if symptoms become significant and persistent, most people still do not need aggressive types of treatment.
very serious thing if you let it go to long.
TMJ- Temporomandibular Joint Disorder
All I can say is never fall on your face and the result being breaking
your jaw. I broke it twice and it is definitely hell on high wheels for
you and all your loved ones especially your immediate family who depend
on you and your health and well being.

What are TMJ disorders, and how are they caused?
TMJ disorders are a group of complex problems related to the jaw joint. Other names include myofacial pain dysfunction and Costen's syndrome. Because muscles and joints work together, a problem with either one can lead to stiffness, headaches,
ear pain, bite problems (malocclusion), clicking sounds, or locked jaws. The following are behaviors or conditions that can lead to TMJ disorders.Teeth grinding and teeth clenching (bruxism) increase the wear on the
cartilage lining of the TMJ. Patients may be unaware of this behavior unless they are told by someone observing this pattern while sleeping or by a dental professional noticing telltale signs of wear and tear on the teeth. Many patients awaken in
the morning with jaw or ear pain.Habitual gum
chewing or fingernail
biting.Dental problems and misalignment of the
teeth (malocclusion).
Patients may complain that it is difficult to find a
comfortable bite or that the way their teeth fit together has changed.
Chewing on only one side of the jaw can lead to or be a result of TMJ
problems.Trauma to the jaws. Previous
history of broken jaw or fractured facial bones.Stress frequently leads to unreleased nervous energy. It is very common for people under stress to release this nervous energy by either consciously or unconsciously grinding and clenching their teeth.

as holding the telephone between the head and shoulder.
She's Our Best Bet!!! -- Hillary for Pres.
The one thing I do not like about Barack Obama is the fact that he has very little experience. We are truely not sure what he would have done in 2002 when the war in Iraq started and thus we are not sure what he will do in the future. He has very little foriegn affairs experience as well and that is scary has he even met any leaders I am not sure.
Hilary, on the other hand, has met many leaders and has a domestic affairs that would help to change our healthcare plan that would allow easier access to healthcare and insurance.
I am sure if my husband reads this he is going to give me an earful tonight or as soon as he gets around to reading this some days or weeks later.
Here I am
Unfortunately, Sammy got it and now he is banned to the garage but only has two small spots, one on the ear, which has almost healed completyely and one under the chin that will hopefully heal soon. Sammy seems to meow in his sleep which James and I find ourselves laughing about frequently. Once James even thought he heard Sammy projecting his meow all the way to our bedroom clear on the other side of the house.
Sara is loving Sandy and I think they are going to be life-long friends. The two of them play quite a bit which means that Sandy sleeps all day and Sara all night. Thankfully we are at the point where Sara does sleep all night long now and I am not having to get up soon after James goes to bed. Sara only had to do that for about two weeks after we got her and then she slept through the night. She has now been in our house a month and two days and I have to say she has been wonderful in all her glory and not so glory. I do know that James thinks otherwise at times but I believe that the fact that I am a dog person is rubbing off on James just as he is a cat person is rubbing off on me.
Ok, so I guess I lied in some ways because I wrote more than I thought I would but those that write know that once started it is easier to keep going. I do not have much to say about the kids today because as you know we are back in school and thus quiet in the mornings as I write this entries.
Back to Normal
I really have nothing much more to say at this time but I thought I better check in and let you all know that things are normal again.
